葛凱，女，出生于1986年10月20日，江蘇常州人，工學博士，講師，主要從事建築與光環境方面的教學與研究工作。

2009年于南京工業大學獲得建築學學士學位
2012年于瑞典皇家理工學院（KTH Royal Institute of Technology）獲得理學碩士學位
2021年于同濟大學獲得工學博士學位
